Traditionally, a number of developed and developing countries have inherited a mathematically challenged police force. May each country or county be blessed with better-educated police personnel who are confident to handle complex real-life problems, whose solutions often requiring an above-average logical and rational mind.

I just recalled I tweeted that a few months ago: Having #Math problems? Please call 911─out of boredom they may help! http://tinyurl.com/ylytw8s
Warning: You may be charged, jailed, or even caned for dialing 999 or 911 for non-emergency matters! Please check with the local authorities before trying your luck!
